The Two-Panel Approach

To simplify things, we’ve broken the cannabis label into two parts:

1. Primary panel includes the product name/ID, net weight/volume, quantity and any other required universal markings. This is the part of the cannabis label that will most likely be displayed in retail settings.
2. Secondary panel provides required information such as the manufacturers name, date of manufacturing/packaging, batch #, expiration date, ingredients, instructions for use, track & trace details, the applicable Government Warning, Proposition 65 Warning and more depending on your location.
