foot label printing facility, which is well-equipped with 10 state-of-the-art printing presses, our
capabilities include:

Digital label printing. This printing method offers optimal flexibility, from design options
and small production runs to label shape and substrate material. Rather than using printing plates,
it relies on digital software that allows digital artists to easily modify printing designs, all with
lower production costs for time, labor, and alterations.
Flexographic label printing. With options for standard water-based or UV-cured ink in 12
colors, this is a quick and efficient printing method that scales well with high- and low-volume
printing applications. It relies on a flexible relief plate for transferring ink onto virtually any
printing substrate with a high-speed rotary procedure.
Extended content labels. A labeling solution for pharmaceutical bottles or other packages too
small to fit essential labeling content, this technique provides an extended label with additional
space for usage, dosage, nutritional facts, ingredients, and other critical information on a range of
label materials.
Thermal printing/laser/dot matrix. Our variable information printing option offers a
solution when you need to print varying details for each label in a single roll, such as consecutive
alphanumerical coding or “best by” dates.
Environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions. We built our facility’s air circulation
systems to use our machinery for heat instead of new energy. Also, as an additional effort to
minimize our carbon footprint and energy usage, Star upgraded to a fully LED lighting system.
Custom flexible packaging. We are one of a limited selection of drink label printers that
offer flexible packaging. Our “Co-Packer Ready” solutions can accommodate customers with
printed flexible packaging roll stock.
